| Do you provide guarantee on your work?
We give 6 months guarantee on the repair and parts (if used). So, for example if you experience the same issue with your appliance as before in the first 6 months after the repair, one of our engineers will visit you and fix the fault. |
| What payment options do I have?
Usually we accept cash or cheque. |
| Do you work with landlords and agencies?
Yes we do work with landlords and Estate Agents in London. We have good relationships with them and do our best to carry on working in partnership. |
| I need my appliance repaired ASAP, do you offer same day service?
If you need an appliance to be repaired urgently we will do our best to attend the issue as soon as possible. In most cases we can come out on the same day. |
| Would there be a second call out charge if you need to attend the appliance twice, for example if the part needs to be ordered?
No. You won’t be paying more for the repair than our standard fixed labour charge, and won’t be charged twice. |
| Does the engineer carry parts with him and can fix the appliance on the spot or will he need to order them and come back another time? All of our engineers carry spare parts with them which they may use in repairing the appliance. Engineers can’t carry all of the parts with them though. In most cases an engineer would repair the appliance there and then, but in certain circumstances a spare part may need to be ordered after the appliance is diagnosed. |
